CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE DUTCH/FLEMISH HOME OFFICE
Do you live away from one of our branches? And do you already have extensive call center experience? Then sign up with Glow Contact Center and get to work as a customer service representative from home.
As a customer service representative, you will help customers who call with problems or questions they have. It is important that you understand the customers well and provide the help they need. Where possible you give extra service and make sure the customer hangs up the phone with a good feeling.
The first week you will be trained intensively by one of our team leaders so that you can make a good start. The team leaders will support you during conversations when necessary. Regular training sessions are scheduled to sharpen your communication and service skills.
Experience
This position requires experience. So if you have never worked in a call center before, then working from home with us is not an option.
With our extensive training program and extensive experience in sales, we have the necessary knowledge and expertise to prepare you as an experienced call center employee for any outbound sales project.
