CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE DUTCH/FLEMISH ANTALYA - ISTANBUL
For our branches in Antalya and Istanbul we are looking for enthusiastic customer service agents. Do you like talking to people, would you like to help and do you also want to work in Turkey with Dutch, Belgian and French colleagues? Then sign up at Glow Contact Center and get to work as a customer service representative in Antalya or Istanbul.
As a customer service representative you will help customers who call with problems or questions they have. It is important that you understand the customers well and provide the necessary assistance. Where possible you give extra service and make sure the customer hangs up the phone with a good feeling.
The first week you will be trained intensively by one of our team leaders so that you can make a good start. The team leaders will support you during conversations when necessary. Regular training sessions are scheduled to sharpen your communication and service skills.
No experience = no problem
Do you have no experience in Telemarketing but would like to work in this field for a longer period of time? That doesn’t have to be a problem at all. We have several clients and experience is not required for every position. We offer you the opportunity to develop yourself both professionally and personally. With our extensive training program and extensive experience in sales, we have built up the necessary knowledge and expertise to train you to become a fully-fledged call center agent.
